I believe leadership is serious business. But that doesn't mean we have to take ourselves quite so seriously.
I believe play is fundamental to being human — and pivotal to how we learn, connect, innovate and grow.
That's why I believe in play with purpose. Creating space to be curious, challenge assumptions, test possibilities and discover what's underneath the surface. Because sometimes the most powerful breakthroughs happen when we give ourselves permission to explore rather than needing to have all the answers.
